Pre-Design
If we decide to move forward I will send you a proposal consisting of the cost and specific deliverables.
Once you accept the proposal, I will send you a contract and invoice. Then, after the retainer fee (deposit) is received, you will secure your project start date!

Design/Dev
You will be sent documents containing all the information and content that are needed to start and complete your project.
Once all the required information and content are received before your project start date I can begin crafting your project!

Launch!
We review, test, and launch your new website!

Websites & Branding Packages:
For only website design/development: 3 weeks! Brand design & website design/ development: 6 weeks! We begin on a Monday and your project will be completed on the Thursday of the last week. You can view my website and branding services here.

Yes! The project price will be split into 3 payments.
33% is due at booking to secure your spot in my design/development calendar (non-refundable).
33% is due on/by the project start date (Always on a Monday.)
34% is due two (2) days before the project end date.

Yes! A payment plan is available if you book 3+ weeks BEFORE the desired Design Day date.

It’s very important to ensure you have completed and submitted your content to me by the Monday before the start of your project (1 week prior). Any delay in receiving content will disrupt the project timeline and I’m sure you want to stay on schedule.
Squarespace Design Day:
It’s very important to ensure you have completed and submitted your content to me 1 week prior to your Design Day date. This allows me time to review your content and ensure we are both well-prepared and we can have a successful day!

At this time, I don’t offer copywriting services.

No. If any of these are needed or desired, then we will discuss the costs. I will keep you informed, so you are not surprised.

To be fair to you and every other client on my design/development calendar, I stick firmly to my design schedule. All my clients would be upset if I pushed back their project date because a client earlier in the schedule wasn’t ready.
If you’re worried you won’t be able to meet the content deadlines, send me an email at hello@noirmoonstudio.com and I will let you know the next available date in my design calendar.
Please Note: 6 business days or later after booking, there is a rebooking fee to change your design date. Your 33% retainer fee holds your place in the design calendar and that spot is no longer available to be booked by anyone else. If you change your design date within 5 business days of booking, your retainer fee will be used to hold your new date in the design calendar.
